To get started and make sure we are the right fit for your project please tell us:

• The full address for the project

• A Brief description of your project including an idea of size and finish desired

• Project Budget (very approximate ok) 

• How urgent are you to start designing and build

• How did you hear about us

• Also include anything else you feel is worth noting

Once we have received your inquiry, we send out a briefing form. This informs us of your project, how you use your house, what you want to achieve and what is most important to you. From this we organise a visit to your home, or if possible a zoom meeting, to get to know each other and have a look around. From this we produce a quote for your consideration.

We do not offer typical fees as we do not have typical projects. We will provide a bespoke quote specifically for you project and budget.

This is required on a project-by-project basis depending on the scope of work required and the area you live in, such as An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty or a conservation area etc. we can advise you on what will be required and what your options are. Sometimes project constraints may dictate that you have greater opportunities by building under permitted development rights e.g. if you live in the green belt.

We are a small independent practice that thrives on word of mouth recommendations from happy clients and trusted contacts. If you have had a positive experience with us, we would love you to spread the word and we will say thank you with a £50 multi store gift card.

How it works:
For every new client you refer who commissions us for a full architectural design service, either from concept through to construction or as a complete building regulations package, we will send you a £50 gift card once the project reaches either planning or building regulations submission, whichever comes first.

The gift card can be spent with hundreds of well known high street and online retailers, giving you plenty of choice.

Just ask your contact to mention your full name and the first line of your project address when they get in touch. We will also need either an email address or telephone number so we can make sure the reward reaches you.

Your recommendation means a lot to us and helps others find reliable expert support for their projects too.
