Project description:
Three-story side extension in a conservation area. The clients wanted to replace the existing garage to provide much larger kitchen/utility and increase number and proportion of bedrooms. It was important to the clients to improve the connection of the rear of the house with the garden and the aesthetic of the rear of the house.
Project description:
Ground floor extension to provide additional living space to a Grade II listed cottage. Project also included providing an outdoor swimming pool with pool house and canopy.
The extension benefitted from Woodfibre insulation, thatched roof and lime plaster.
